Nagham Alsamari is a Resilience and Leadership Trainer with over 13 years of training experience and 20 years in education, including eight years as a school principal. She arrived in the United States at 13 as a refugee with no English, an experience that shapes everything she now teaches.
Nagham holds Master's degrees in Leadership and Supervision and Science Education, and is completing her Doctorate in Education. She is a Maxwell Certified DISC Consultant, a Toastmasters District Speaking Champion, and an HRUnite Inspire Award recipient.
She is the founder of Imkan Leadership Development and the Resilient Speakers Club. Her work centers on one belief: resilience is a muscle you train, deliberately, before the breaking point.
