Vanessa Denha Garmo is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, trained in DiSC, Organizational Identity, and Positive Intelligence, and is dual‑certified in Life and Leadership Coaching through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. Vanessa helps organizations build strong cultures by developing self‑aware leaders and strengthening teams. A former journalist, she earned awards from the Associated Press, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. She is an Emmy‑winning documentarian and author of Conversations That Create the Culture, and holds a master’s degree in communications with a thesis on workplace bullying.
