Warehouse Assistant

Independent Carpet One is looking to fill a position for a Warehouse Assistant. The position is full time with hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am-3:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-12:00 noon. The starting pay is $18.00/hour. After 90 days, insurance is offered, dental, vision. After 1 year, 1 week paid vacation as well as the 9 personal days per State of Michigan. Applicants must have a valid Driver’s license & insurance. Hi-Lo experience isn’t a must but definitely an asset. The position includes driving for either deliveries of materials to customer’s projects or pick up from our Distributors. Maintaining the warehouse such as sweeping, straightening the bins, and putting remnants and rolls neatly away. Keeping all moldings straightened in their perspective bins. Saturdays loading up installers for the weekend workload.
