Linda Ferrante is co-founder and Director of Recruiting Operations at RFT Search Group, a retained executive search firm serving business owners across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. With 28 years of recruiting experience, Linda leads all candidate sourcing, screening, and search execution for the firm. RFT Search Group specializes in mid-level to senior leadership placements in manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.

Jason Verlinde is co-founder and president of RFT Search Group, a retained executive search firm serving business owners across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Since founding the firm in 2012, Jason has focused on helping business owners fill critical mid-level to senior leadership roles in manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
